How to Use Udhari Book — Step by Step
Download & Open the App
Install Udhari Book from Play Store. No signup or login required — it opens directly to your home screen.
Set Your Business Name
Go to Settings, enter your shop name and owner name. This appears on all reports and shared messages.
Add Customer Entries (Udhari)
Tap Udhari Book → Add Customer. Record how much you gave (Diya) or received (Liya). Balance updates automatically.
Use Cash Counter at Day End
Count all notes and coins using the Cash Counter. The app totals in lakhs/crores and shows the amount in words.
Fill Daily Register
Record your Opening balance, Sales, and Expenses. Closing balance is calculated automatically. Share the report in one tap.
Send Payment Reminders
Select a customer with pending balance → Send Reminder → choose WhatsApp or SMS → select Hindi, Marathi or English.
